Dr. Darlene Hunter, DBA, MBA-HRM, holds a Doctor of Business Administration with a specialization in Organizational Leadership and Development from Capella University and an MBA in Human Resource Management. She has more than 25 years of leadership experience, including executive HR leadership, is the author of three books and coauthor of two, and has been featured in The US Times and more than 45 media outlets.
